SD recorded a bunch of new tracks to tape in February 2012 at the Boogi Barn in Guelph with Harri Palm & The Water St. Projects. One of these tracks, ‘Yeah, I am stuck’ is being released on the split 7” with label-mates Lonnie in the Garden and WHOOP-szo. This will be their first release in nearly 2 years, and first local performance since 10/31/11.

Lonnie recorded a handful of songs at home in the Craven Cottage with The Water St. Projects in March 2012. One of these songs, the chilling ‘Said’, is the band’s contribution to the 7” split. They are headed in a weird direction that accents their oddball label-mates’ work – this is very exciting.

These guys are taking WHOOP-szo’s spot at the release show, and while they have big shoes to fill they are one hell of a live act with a new cassette to match. CHARTattack describes them as: “sort of like classic rock filtered through a lot of bong haze.”

APDAP is the tripped-out electronic samplings of one Ian Doig-Phaneuf – he will provide the perfect end to an outrageous show. Not to mention, APDAP won the Jack Richardson Music Awards for best electronic artist.
